Edward is an active and experienced investor in property and alternative asset classes with more than 30 years’ of experience.
Victor Lee
Victor has spent more than 10 years investing in real estate, private equity and other alternative asset classes. He previously worked as Vice President at Patron Capital and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Anthony Payne
Director of Asset Management
Anthony is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with more than 30 years’ experience of asset management, investment and development. Previously a partner at GVA Grimley, Anthony has worked with Princeton for over twelve years.
Tim Andrews
Finance Director
Tim is a Chartered Certified Accountant with more than 20 years’ experience of corporate transactions, tax structuring, financing, joint ventures and compliance. He holds an MBA from the Henley Business School and was previously CFO of Wainbridge an international property fund and a large property group. Tim has worked with Princeton for eight years.
David Israel
Associate
David has been actively involved in project underwriting, asset management and acquisition with a particular focus on student housing and finance since joining Princeton over nine years ago. David is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
John Fazakerley
Financial Controller
John is a chartered accountant with 33 years’ experience in commercial property finance. He has been director at professional surveying firms including Elliot Son & Boynton, Chesterton International and Grenville Smith and Duncan and has worked as finance director for property investment and development companies. He has worked with Princeton for thirteen years
Petronella Evans
Office Manager
Petronella has worked at Princeton for over 21 years, initially as personal assistant to Arnold Lee before expanding her role to include office manager and finance administrator.

David Djanogly

David has been actively involved in the London and Spanish investment and development market in his ten years’ with Princeton. He is actively involved in all parts of the business from initiating transactions and finance to structuring joint ventures and overseeing business plan execution.

Samuel Bengio
Samuel is an entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience in developing and expanding businesses internationally. He is a qualified chartered accountant in France and Spain and certified as a fund manager by the CNMV (Spain). He also holds a French business school degree (ESSEC).

Mickael has over five years’ experience working in private equity. He has worked with Princeton for five years.
Agnieszka Osorio
Associate-Marketing
Aga joined Princeton in 2018 as assistant to Alan Lee, having relocated from London to Madrid. Her role includes assisting on administrative as well as operational aspects of the business. She is fluent in both English and Spanish as well as her native Polish.
