A Chartered Surveyor with more than 35 years' experience acquiring, structuring, financing and developing transactions in London and internationally. Alan has originated more than £1bn of investments as a principal.

An active and experienced investor with more than 30 years across property and alternative asset classes. Edward brings deep commercial judgement and a long-standing network across the UK and European markets.
Victor Lee
Victor has more than 12 years' experience investing across real estate, private equity and alternative asset classes. He previously served as Vice President at Patron Capital and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Anthony Payne
A qualified Chartered Surveyor with more than 30 years' experience across asset management, investment and development. Previously a partner at GVA Grimley, Anthony has worked with Princeton for over fifteen years.

Tim Andrews
A Chartered Certified Accountant with more than 20 years' experience across corporate transactions, tax structuring, financing and joint ventures. Previously CFO of Wainbridge, an international property fund, Tim holds an MBA from Henley Business School and has worked with Princeton for ten years.

A qualified Chartered Surveyor with more than twelve years at Princeton, specialising in project underwriting, asset management and acquisitions with a particular focus on student housing and finance.

John Fazakerley
A chartered accountant with over 35 years' experience in commercial property finance, including director roles at Chesterton International and Grenville Smith & Duncan. John has worked with Princeton for fifteen years.

Petronella Evans
Petronella has been with Princeton for over 23 years, playing a central role in the day-to-day running of the London office across office management and finance administration.

David has twelve years' experience across the London and Spanish investment and development markets, covering transaction origination, financing, joint venture structuring and business plan execution.

Our Madrid office focuses on Spanish student housing, residential and commercial opportunities, combining local market knowledge with Princeton's broader investment and development expertise.

An entrepreneur with over 35 years' experience building and expanding businesses internationally. Samuel is a qualified chartered accountant in France and Spain, certified as a fund manager by the CNMV, and holds a degree from ESSEC Business School.

Mickael Casanova
Mickael brings over 10 years' experience in private equity and has been part of the Princeton team in Madrid for eight years, overseeing financial controls across the Spanish portfolio.
